How it works

From scattered public records to a short list worth calling.

Every edition follows the same three steps, tuned to the data each city publishes.

Collect the data

We pull foreclosure filings, tax liens, delinquency, code violations, condemnations, and assessor records from local government open data, then match them to individual parcels.

Score every property

Each signal adds points. Properties where several signals stack up rank highest. Government-owned and tax-exempt parcels are filtered out.

Get the weekly email

Once a week you get the top-ranked leads, the reasons each one made the list, and what changed in the market.

Cities

One edition per market.

Each city gets its own report, built around the sources and neighborhoods that matter there.
